Stack work-out, adding an exercise each round (7 rounds) and in between each round, run to light pole, 20 jumps squats

1) shoulder taps (20 each side)
2) 20 thruster with Cindy
3) 20 merkins
4) 20 Bonny Blair’s
5) 20 squats with Cindy
6) 20 dips
7) 20 burpees

8 minutes abs ( each exercise for 1 minute)
LBC, back scratchers, windshield wipers, BBS, flutters, boat and Canoe, ?, V-ups
