Warmed up with a jog around the building and a stretch session of Cobra, downward dog, butterfly and left/right Sprinter stretch.
Complete with disclaimer and 5 tenants
Tha Thang:
We did a little base running yesterday with low tide, so today was long toss and hitting drills.
With a baseball bat, tee, and whiffle balls… we headed down to the turf field.
Starting on goal line 1, Each person hit off the tee and the group jogged to ball. We would do number of reps for exercise 1 as yards the ball traveled. We would then do exercise 2 to the 50 yard line, jog to goal line 2 and back to goal line 1.
Repeat using the same exercises but for round 2 we threw the ball… 8 total rounds.
1)Push-ups/walking lunges
2)squats/bear crawls
3) big boys/karaoke
Low tide was the long hit with 41 and Scope hit the tee twice.
Low tide was long man on the throw with 47.
Jogged back up to the flag and did some Mary
1)gas pumpers
2)flutters
3)scissors
4) big boys.
