Grabbed our favorite cheerleader and got ready for kickoff.
First quarter:
Mosey to the playground. Split into two groups. First group does pull ups with Cindy on the feet and other group does 5 blockies. Complete 3 rounds.
Second quarter:
Leave Cindy on the field and run 1 sets of bleachers.
Third Quarter:
Mosey to the turf fields. Set Cindy on the goal line. Perform one block Merkin for every 10 yards.
1 block merkins = 10 yards and back.
2 block merkins = 20 yards and back.
….
10 block merkins = 100 yards and back.
Fourth quarter:
Mosey Cindy back to the locker room. Still some time left for some Mary. Gas pumpers, flutter, and Jack knife.
