Trophy – mosey behind the middle school for some sled work:
Split into Two Groups – one group pushes the sled while the other group performs leg exercises (lunges, squats, etc) then swap. Do this for 10mins swapping back and forth.
LiveWire did a classic string of music pearls – stopping on the way back to CoT for the following:
Baby Shark – Abs
Thunder Rolls – Burpees and Legs
Moby Sally – High to Low Planks Jacks with other Mary mixed in
Back to the Flag for a circle of Mary – each Pax Q’d a 10 count of their choice
