Groups of 2
Round 1: One HIM starts on the goal line with the block completing 10 burpee block jump overs then murder bunnies to the 20, the teammate rifle carries to the 20 and does OHP while waiting – then switch back and forth all the way to the opposing goal line completing exercises as planned.
Round 2: One HIM starts on the goal line with the block completing 10 Kettle Bell Swings then reverse murder bunnies to the 20, the teammate rifle carries to the 20 and does squats while waiting – then switch back and forth all the way to the opposing goal line completing exercises as planned.
Relay time: Split into two equal teams, placing even number on each opposing goal line.
-Partner 1 – Farmers Carry 100 Yards
-Partner 2 – Murder Bunny 100 Yards
– Partner 3 – Bear Crawl 100 Yards
– Partner 4 – Reverse Murder Bunny 100 Yards
