Pledge, disclaimer, and 5 tenants.

Started with a Jog around the parking lot to get the blood moving followed by 10 squats (IC)

Wide leg stretch- Middle, right, left
Downward dog
Sprinter- left/right,
Downward dog to walk it up.

Grab ole girl and head to the football field.

Tha Thang:
Starting on the goalline we are going to pound some legs while running a ladder.

Exercises were over the moon squats for the first 3 legs and regular squats for the remainder – 10 reps
Calf Raises- 20 reps.

Workout overall-

jog to 10 yard line and back

etc all the way to the other goal line and head back if you make it that far.

AMRAM for 22 minutes.

After 22 minutes we walked Cindy back to the flag to a 3 set bicep blast.
