Started with a jog to the end of the parking lot and back.

Once back, we stretched out with a downward dog, leaning right/left.

Sprinter stretch- left/right

grab the ole girl and back to the flag.

Tha Thang:
We had 4 guys and our building has 4 corners, seems like a match made in heaven.

Exercises-
#1 Push ups
#2 Big Bois
#3 Squats
#4 Gas Pumpers

Forming a line at Corner 1, Man 1 leaves his Cindy behind and runs to corner 2 and does exercise #1 until everyone else makes it to Corner 2.

Man 2 in line helps Man 1 out by bringing him his Cindy via farmer carry while man 3 and 4 offer moral support by Rifle Carrying in line behind. The only rule is you can't go faster than the man farmer carrying.

Once everyone makes it to Corner 2, Man 2 takes off to Corner 3 where he will do exercise #1 while Man 1 goes to the back of the line to Rifle Carry, and Man 3 steps in to farmer carry…. Repeat all the way around the building.

We went all 4 trips swapping the exercise each time.

After we finished, we had a little time so we got in a Dirty 30 and a round of Mary,
