stopped by the pain locker to pick up our date and headed to the penalty box.
Start at goal line and perform exercise forwards to the designated yard line and then backwards back to the goal line. When you get back to the goal line work the abs or the guns until everyone is finished.
Round 1:
10 yard-line – Burpee Broad Jumps – forward to the 10-yard line and then backwards back to the goal line
20 yard-line – moving merkins
30 yard-line – walking lunges
40 yard-line – bear crawl (reverse bear crawl back to goal line)
50 yard-line – rifle carry with Cindy
Round 2:
10 yard-line – Burpee Broad Jumps
20 yard-line – yard worms
30 yard-line – side lunges
Running short on time so we got one final exercise in
20 yard-line – Murder Bunnies
