Run a lap, return to deck of cards. Each pax pulls a card which determines reps of pre determined exercise for themselves . Card value x10. Aces are automatic 15 burpees. YHC drew a 4 so that was 49 curls. Run a lap draw a 7 of spades. 70 lbc. Run a lap… The order was curls, lbc, ohp, ssh, and lunges. Huckleberry drew mostly face cards. Yikes.
Once everyone had made 5 laps and had 5 cards we showed our hands. Noodles had a pair of 8’s and was winner. He got to chose a exercise (merkins, I know that’s a shocker). Then drew a 5 of diamonds and we all did 50 merkins.
