Plank it out , Hammy Stretch, Tunnels, (Quickcrete showed up), 21’s to celebrate his arrival (ended in small penalty) , Arm Circles, Quixote’s, Imperial Walkers
Tha Thang:
Mosey to pick up Cindy then meet at the Cone to circle up. Pax rolled two dice, white block had the multiplier, blue block had the exercise. Pax did a multitude of Burpees, Murder Bunnies, Squat Thrusts, Squirrels and moseyed 4 laps on the short track. No one landed on #5 so we were spared the Grave Diggers!
Closed out with a little 2 on 2 Ultimate Frisbee, anytime the disc is dropped….Penalty! We dropped it…a lot!
