Matlock and YHC were looking forward to two man rule ruined by last minute arrival of FNG. Decided on a classic loop the coop with extra burpees. Mosey around the park with stations for pull-ups, jump squats, dips, LBC, lunges with will sits, merkins, and step ups, 10 merkins at each station. Finished with Mary.
