Tha Thang:
It was raining, so we left the ole girl in the fart sack and went for a light run.
Leaving timber trail, we went right and jogged up to the high school.
There are (at least) 5 lights on the way to the high school so we stopped for exercises on the way there.
Leg raises- 30
Iso Leg Raises (slow flutters)- 30 total
Gas pumpers- 20
Heel taps- 30 each way
Toe touches- 30
Last station was the triangle at the entrance to the high school, after your toe touches head back.
There was a lot of mumble chatter and certain individuals making accusations I was starting to look to much like a early bird.
So on the way back we did a push up ladder… 5 at the first light, 10 at #2, etc.

Trophies Coworker, Justin, passed away.
Scopes Coworker, Carl Aften, had a massive heart attack and is in a medically induced coma.
Murdock's soldier's wife has cancer and recently found it's more advanced that previously thought.
