Started with a pledge and quick jog around the building.
Once back, wide leg stretch- middle, right, left.

Grab the ole girl and head out.
Tha Thang:
After grabbing Cindy we jogged down to the tennis courts that are 3 wide.
Starting on the doubles out of bounds we are running width wise.
Start with exercise 1 with the prescribed rep multiple, run to the opposite side of court 1 and back, Exercise 1 Rep multiple times 2, run to the opposite side of court 2 and back, exercise 1 multiple X3…. and so on. Once you reach the opposite side of Court 3, you keep going to court three the whole time.
3 exercise, 3 rep multiples, number of minutes per round.
kettlebell swings, 1 rep increases, 7 minute round
block merks, 2 rep increases, 6 minute round
curls, 3 rep increases, 6 minute round
jog the girl home and circle up on flag.
