Tha Thang:
‘The Spartan’ is 30x 100 yard sprints, 10 merkins, walk back to the start line.
We did a Modified Spartan: (10) 100 yard sprints, (10) 50 yard sprints, (10) 25 yard sprints (run as a continuous suicide). (10) merkins or squats OYO between sprints, walk back to the start-finish line after exercises. If we measured close, that’s sprinting for 5,250 feet, that rounds to a mile pretty well. Finished with a round of Mary, each Pax leading one exercise.
