2.20 BOR each arm, 10uhauls, 20 LBC, mosey back to start, for 20 merks. mosey to 3rd post picking cindy up on the way
3. 30 OHP, 20 BOR, 20 lBC- mosey back to start for 20 merks- then to the 4th post picking cindy up on the way
4. 40 Curls, 30 OHP, 20 lbc, mosey back to start for 20 merks- then to the 5th post picking cindy up on the way
5. 50 Bench press, 40 curls, 20 lbc.
Now that everything had been loaded time to unload.
