Plank, cobra, downward dog, hipsides.

Tha Thang:
Pick a frisbee, tennis ball, or ⚽️ ball. Throw kick to each corner of the parking lot. 10 rep penalty per throw or kick. Alternating dealers choice for exercise at each corner.

End at painlocker. Partner up: @freshprince/@lowtide versus @doobie/@sb. Carry cinder to trees across from gas station. Run back. Competition: highest tower in 25 minutes.

Both partner throw or kick to hit cindy, alternating partner carries new cindy. Play best ball to cindy tower. 10 rep penalty per throw/kick. Complete penalty each partner, run back to start next iteration.

Exercises in order: burpee, situp, swat, merkin. Every third round must use non-dominant arm or foot. @freshprince/@lowtide higher tower by 2 inches.

Return all Cindy's, circle of trust.
