Get Cindy for 11’s. Squats and curls rifle carrying Cindy between exercises. One more round of 11’s with kettle bells and ssh. Ran out of time and returned to the flag.

Amazing view of Falcon9 passing by was a bonus. We were reminded that 2.0’s have speed and energy. But we were also reminded that Clog is a beast and mostly kept pace with them.
