– Moseyed back to flag (where it should have been) for competition push-ups and squat thrusters…
Divided into two teams. Each pax takes turn competing for max reps in 30 secs. Losing team performed 5 penalty burpees…winning team performed monkey humpers to maintain humility. (There was some discussion of no eye contact, pickle pounders…also Hamm's request… but we kept it clean)
– Another .25mi mosey and circle back for some Mary
– A good time was had by all
