Thang: Mosey to the penalty box.
Start at corner of field, 50% run to 50 yd line then bump it up to 75%
short side – back pedal
Round 1 – 20 ea – Merkins, Mtn Climbers, Squats
Repeato Back and at 1st corner.
Round 2: Same action but bump it up to 60/85% and bear crawl the short way.
Corners – 20x Heels to Heaven, Freddie Mercury, dying cockroach
Round 3: 70/95% w/ a meander across the short side. Corners – PAX Call it. Burpees, Manmakers, shoulder taps, and lots of abs were called.
PAX Choice of Games: Trashketball was selected. Pretty sure LowTide was the defensive player of the game.
Cameo appearance by Doobie setting up the soccer fields for the day.
Decided against Coffeeteria, most PAX had other business to attend to. Rainbow dash and YHC ended up going and ran into Metamucil, Brick and Buzz at Sunshine. Tried to EH one of the servers, will see if he makes it out.
