Tha Thang:
Leaving the Rec, we ran up to the high school.
Starting at the southwest corner of the high school drive way we did 25 push ups and 40 squats
Run to the north west corner of the high school drive way 25/40.
Jog to the pull up bars behind the baseball field 25/40 + 25 pull ups
Jog to the north east corner of the high school for 25/40 then another 25/40 at the south east corner.
From there, jog back to the rec.
Net was 125 push ups, 200 squats and 3.1 miles of running. New high score on calories at 770 active.

Committing in advance there will be no running next Thursday in order to avoid a Q-nity.
Prayers for Scope's mom, Trophy's Dad/Father in law, Mr. Woodcock's coworker, and for Trophy as he recovers from our run today.
