Started in plank, reviewed 5 tenets of F3. Cobra, downward dog, and back stretches for warm up.
Tha Thang:
Gathered a single Cindy and did a Pursuit with Cindy to the tennis courts. (HIM runs with Cindy, other two guys do 5 Burpees, then run to catch the guy with Cindy, pass the block off and repeat)
Once at the tennis courts, in honor of Penguins playoff series, ran through a PENGUINS set:
P – Plank (60 seconds)
E – “extra” LBC x50
N – New push up (aka push back push up aka “Carolina dry hump?”) x30
G – Gas pumpers (supine) x50
U – U ups (same as V ups) x20
I – Iron Mike (aka Bonnie Blairs) x50 (x25/side)
N – Now, Merkins x50
S – Squats x50
Next in honor of former penguins coach (and most famously 1980 US Olympic gold medal winning coach) Herb Brooks, we ran a gasser because the Pens blew it last night. (Think whistle scene: AGAIN. AGAIN. AGAIN.)

Moseyed back to the flag, passed the Cindy off hoisting it like it was the Stanley Cup. At COT: Prayers for racers at the BEAST this weekend for fellowship, safe completion and safe return. Praise for Mr Woodcock getting his masters. Reminder 2.0 friendly Saturday next week.
