Follow Natan's lead from earlier last week @reba and I decide to do some Murph break down training.
3 Pull ups, 6 Merks, 9 Squats and 110 yds run. We made it 20 rounds for a total of 60 pull ups, 120 merks, 180 squats, 2200 yds.

Missed everyone today but had some good one on one time with @reba getting to learn more about him and his ministry as Prison Chaplin and his testimony.
Prayer for his ministry and the impact the shooting in Boston had in the Prison. Yesterday's service attendance doubled and he and another Chaplin lead them in a time of prayer. Prayer for the Spirit of God to move there and in churches around our world.
