Partner Q around Softball Field Loop (one partner soccer ball (SB), other partner brick (B)):
Mosey to Softball Field Loop; stop at every lightpole on the way: SB-10 Diamond Merkin hands on ball; 10 Alt Merkin with ball; B-20 Overhead press.
Once everyone arrived at Softball Loop Trail (5 Light Poles), the pain began (20-min AMRAP (AsManyRoundsAsPossible)):
1. Partners go opposite directions.
2. SB Partner kicks ball to next lightpole (10 exercise penalty per kick), ball must touch lightpole from kick. First Round with ball: First 10-Diamond Merkin hands on ball; Second 20-Alt Merkin with ball; 30-# of kicks-Normal Merkin. Second Round with all penalties were 2-ct American Hammer with ball.
3. B Partner: Rifle carry brick to first lightpole. Complete 20/40/60 upward ladder until linkup with partner going other direction. Exercise Dealer's Choice: OHP, Kettlebell Swing, 2-ct American Hammer.
4. At LightPole next to playground: complete 10 pullups, no other penatlies.
Mosey back to painlocker, switch SB/B halfway with partner.
