WALK over to Cindy and head out.
Tha Thang:
As we WALKED to the football field we Rifle carried Cindy with OHP on call.
Once on the field we lined up under the goalpost and started our grinder.
Going the whole way to the other goalpost, we did 3 Goblet Squats, 3 curls, 3 block push ups, and then murder bunny 3 reps… repeat the whole way to the other side.
Once at the other side 30 big bois, turn around and come back.
In addition, there was some concerns amongst the group I was disappointed to not be running… so we worked through the perceived saltiness together. At regular internals we stopped for some side work.
Side Lunges- 19 per leg

Walk cindy home for with rifle carry/OHP on command.
Still had time, so we got in a bicep blast.
