Schools out! Can't get the diploma with out getting through all the grades. Head on over and grab cindy and mosey down last man up style to the hurt locker for class. Going 20 reps each for each grade, we made it through 7th before running out of time. Line up on the goal line and do each grade and then take it to the opposite end to repeat and keep moving up by building on each grade over again (1; 1,2: 1,2,3; 1,2,3,4 etc)
1st: curls
2nd: sumo squats
3rd: push ups
4th: shoulder shrugs (alternate grade 3/4 with the man to your right and go cindy in each hand for 40 reps)
5th: overhead press
6th: american hammers
7th: chuck norris
Shoulder up and mosey back to put cindy away

Prayers for us to stay focused over the summer as HIMS and leaders at home/work and keep getting better. Good last day for all the teachers and students in the schools today.
