Tha Thang:
Put on some summer tunes and divided into 2 groups. Each grabs 1 Cindy and 1 small Cindy for 2.0s. Last man up (Fartlek) down towards the turf fields with front Pax always carrying Cindy. Stop at the first three lights for summertime trivia. Double the exercise if wrong.
**Trophy and Murdock each broke a Cindy and owe penalty burpees OYO.**

Mosey to the turf fields and line up on the goal line. One Pax performs 5 thrusters and then rifle carries Cindy to 25 yard line, leaves her there, and then runs back. Next Pax goes and repeats thrusters and rifle out to the 50. Next Pax to 75. Next Pax to 100 then continue back in the same manner.
All others including 2.0s perform the following exercises as a group until Pax returns.
-Burpees, merkins, squats, big boy sit-ups
-Gas pumpers, sumo squats, merkins, burpees
Relay race: Teams then performed a railroad track relay race to the 100 yard line and back. Had some difficulty with the spacing but no one got seriously injured.
Played a game of Ultimate Frisbee. Pax must do 5 merkins after each throw. Every other throw must go to a 2.0.
Finished up with a little trivia on the way back to the flag. 21 Squats if correct. Due to time did burpees for 5 and 6 if incorrect.
