Grab Cindy and go for a mosey around the woods to warm up and and then back to the bottom of the admin parking lot. Two man teams, one works while the other makes a lap. For the start of summer and 70 days of it, we did the following:
Burpees X 70 DORA
Curls x 70 each OYO
OHP x 70 each OYO
Double shrugs x 70 each OYO
Rows x 70 each OYO
Squirrels x 70 each DORA
After the squirrels were done we slow mosey Cindy back to bed and turn in.

Pray for Livewires friends, M is getting MRI today and looking for positive results; camps starting, people traveling back and forth; keep focused on our roles as leaders and HIMS and keep getting better over the summer.
