3 Pax went for a good gloom run. We started at 0500 and covered 5+ miles. No pace records were set but the City Hall Stairs were conquered and no school buses were harmed during the making of the run so I’d say it was a success. Can’t say the same for Bogey’s “blister”. He has been seriously downplaying his injury. His entire heal needs a new skin graft in my expert medical opinion. Mumble Chatter was on point as we discussed lasting marriages, Spartan Ultra training plans, learning how to encourage / motivate our fellow Pax with grace, and finding Our Calling in a busy world.
