Corner exercises round 1 – WCW push-ups, Cindy pullovers, OHP, curls
On go – rabbit group bear crawls from 20 to the goal line to get cycle started – once to goal line, group on goal line sprints diagonal to group on the 20 on the sideline and cycle continues
Round 2 exercises – pulse round – push-ups with 3, goblet squat with 3 pulse, OHP with 3 pulse, curls with 3 pulse
Substitute side shuffle for bear crawl for round 2
Belly work – 45 sec on, 15 off – 2 rounds
– single leg raise with crunch/clap behind leg
– hollow hold
– starfish to dying cockroach
Grab Cindy and interval run her home – sprint to light, jog to light, repeat until home
