started with a jog around the parking lot to get the blood moving.

When back at the flag…

wide leg- wide/right/left
Butterfly
Cobra
Downward Dog- right/left
sprinter- right/left.

Go grab Cindy and meet back at the flag.

Tha Thang:
Form a line on the Flag (Position 1) looking to the opposite end of the parking lot long ways (position 2)

At Position 1 there are three exercises, KB Swings, OHP, Curls.
At Position 2 there is one exercise, merks.

Do 10 reps at position 1 (all exercises), leave cindy and run to Position 2 for 10 reps of Merks.

Jog back and do 9 and 9, 8 and 8, 7 and 7, all the way down and as far back up the ladder as you can get.

after 20 minutes of the ladder we did a Bicep blast. (30 seconds of hold cindy at parallel followed by 30 curls) X 3.

Finished with Mary… all 20 reps.
