Pax in line had to rifle carry, only runner could shoulder Cindy. 29 years ago yesterday, Aug 4 1993 #34 Nolan Ryan (46) defended his bump against #23 Robin Ventura (26) of the White Sox in Arlington Texas after wild pitch hit Ventura in the back.
Start at the goal line, 23 single arm block merkins then charge the mound to the 60 yard line (instead of 60 feet). 34 Nolan Ryan’s dragging block under after each side. Then sprint to the opposite goal line. Rinse/repeat on the way back.
The crowd was going wild so we did 2 bleacher runs to calm them down.
One more round, 26 squat thrusters then charge the mound (60 yard line). 34 Lawnmower pulls each side. Continue to opposite goal line. Rinse/repeat on the way back.
Finished off the final 40 yards with murder bunnies.
