The exercise and reps are:
Block Merks X 1
Curls X 2
OHP X 3

Each round is 7 minutes.

Do 1 Block merk, leave cindy run down and back, do 2 block merks, down/back, 3, etc… for Round 1

Do 2 curls, leave cindy and down/back, 4, down/back, etc.

Do 3 OHP, leave cindy and down/back, 6, etc.
