Welcome speech

Hold Al Gore while reviewing 5 core principles. Random pax were asked to call out the principles, in order. If they failed, we did 5 burpees. Which happened a few times.

YHC asked for anyone not on the leadership team to recite the mission statement. BCG was brave enough to attempt and stumbled through it with the help of BC. Partial failure so we only did 2 burpees.

Disclaimer

21’s-YHC called out the first 3 in cadence and then went silent. We failed, as expected. So we did 5 burpees.

Then we did some Moroccan night clubs, toy soldiers, imperial walkers, raise the roofs, and a crowd favorite, monkey humpers.

Kirby, a Co-Q, finally arrived, but late. So we did 5 more burpees.

Tha Thang:
Tiny Tim’s Q
Pax were split up in to 6 groups of 6 pax. Each group spread out down the field, having 1 pax at each station. The 1st pax completed 5 burpees and then bear crawls to the next station. He would then start the exercise at that station and the pax that was there bear crawled to the next station. This continued until the last pax got to the end and then that pax sprinted back to the start and started the cycle again. We did this for about 15 min. It was awful

Kirby’s Q
Pax stayed in there groups and were split into 6 stations spread out around the track. Each group worked their way around the track, completing the exercises at each station.
1-10 pull ups, 10 hanging knee raises
2-20 box jumps, 20 derkins
3-20 shoulder taps, 20 Carolina dry docks
4-20 dips, 20 step ups with knee to chest
5-tire flip, tire jump
6-20 star jumps, 10 Bonnie blairs(hard way)

Waterboy’s Q
Same 6 groups. Each group split up into groups of 2. One group started at one end and the other were at the start. About 20 yards between. One of the groups at the start did bropees while the other group wheelbarrowed to the other end. The group on that end sat back to back and passed a Cindy back and forth. Once the wheelbarrowers got to them, the wheelbarrowed back to the start. This cycle continued until each group had a turn doing each exercise.

Round 2
Same set up but one end was patty cake merkins with your partner and the other was big boy sit up ups(?).

We had a few minutes to spare so it was a must to do a tunnel of love.
