I showed to the a/o hoping for a few other pax but no one showed. Did a little ssh, grass pickers, runner stretch trying to kill some time to see if pax showed.
Tha Thang:
Did a murph plus merry. Ran out to the playground. Passed @panhandle on the run (pan handle trying to walk 24 miles today😬😬). Broke murph down into 6 sets. 15 pull ups, 34 merkins, 15 big boi, 50 squats. Went through 6 times and got a mile on the way back
