Head to the playground, fartlek style run around the block. Pole to pole jog then sprint.

Playground – 4 exercises
Pull-ups – 25
Walking Lunges – 50
Walking Push-up – length of playground
Calf Raises – 100

Mosey to turf field
At turf do the following:
50 yards high skip, 50 yards broad jump, 100 yards side shuffle squat (flip directions at midfield)

Competition- link up with your group of three or four and complete the following (50 yards high skip, 50 yards broad Jump, 50 yards high skip, 50 yards broad Jump)

Last man up run back to the AO!
