Time to explore the new neighborhood as there was rumors of a pull-up bars. Mosey around a bit. No pull-up bars. Stop periodically and do lunges, forward and backward. Make our way towards McCallister. Hit the playground for 25 leg raises. To the fields for some bleachers. Mosey some more. Step ups for days.. Legs are done, ran about 2.5 miles.
