Meet at basketball court for intro to beep test. 20 yd dash that progressively gets faster and faster. On the beep you start. Make it to the next baseline. Then wait for the next beep. If you don't make it by the next beep you are out. Goal is to continue as long as possible. This was just an intro and we made it to level 3.6.
Mosey to the flag.
Circle up around the flag. 30 x IC Flutter kicks followed by plank push-ups. Start in low plank and then push up. Works tris and core. Did four.

Read a part of Theodore Roosevelt's statement in April 1910. "The man in the arena". Resonates with me and what F3 is all about. Get better, fail, try and get back up again but never quit. Thankful for this group of HIMs.
