Guppy requested modification up to hand release merkins. Stop #2 Kavanaugh park. Mary with American Hammers, Big Boys and flutter kicks. Stop #3 McCauly park Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, wide arm merkins, Stop #4 Solomon’s park legs around the circle, Squats, reverser lunge, jump squats and calf raises. Moseyed back to the flag
