Following the Fibonacci Sequence, each pax did the set # of reps for each round on each of the following exercises. Some required Cindy. We concluded each round with a fixed number of burpees and distance to run
Each Round included:
LBC (abs)
Merk (chest and tris)
Squats (legs)
Curls (biceps)
Kettlebell Swings (glutes)
Bentover Rows (back)

The Fibonacci Sequence is 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55… etc.
This resulted in short rounds at the beginning (with frequent runs), and quickly turned into longer rounds the further each PAX got into the workout.
Finished by returning Cindy to her resting place.
