Grab Cindy and mosey to back end of parking lot by the woods – four rounds of exercises:
YHC caused mass confusion with verbose exercise descriptions, forgot LBCs first round (thanks Tiny Tim for catching this before we moved on), proper form for exercise – theme became "Yep, just do whatever you want" to avoid a full coup.
Round 1:
25 LBCs –> lunge walk with Cindy the length of parking lot to sidewalk – with each step, perform hammer rotation to outside of front leg –> at sidewalk, perform 25 reps Cindy overhead press; leave Cindy on sidewalk –> jog to pavilion for 25 picnic table dips –> complete running lap around parking main building loop back to Cindy –> rifle carry Cindy back to bottom of parking lot
Round 2:
25 LBCs –> Cindy lunge walk parking lot, inner hammer rotation –> 25 Cindy-bell swings; leave her there –> dips, lap, pick up Cindy and rifle carry to bottom of lot
Round 3:
25 LBCs –> Calf-raise walk (on your toes) with Cindy in rifle carry to sidewalk –> 25 Cindy squats; leave her –> dips, lap back to sidewalk –> leave Cindy and sideways bear crawl halfway down parking lot / switch to other side bear crawl sideways remainder of lot
Round 4:
25 LBCs –> Bear Crawl halfway up parking lot / switch to Crawl Bear for remainder of lot to sidewalk –> 25ea Cindy curls with calf raises at same time –> rifle carry with Cindy to flag
PAX who finished earlier did some Mary while waiting for the Six
Lined up for Blockee-cides:
4 cones – 10, 20, 30, 40 yards
starting line perform 5x blockees –> run to first cone and back to starting line
perform 5x blockees – run 2nd cone/back, 5x run 3rd and back, 5x pick up Cindy and run full suicides to each cone and back 1-4
*lots of feedback from our lone Clydesdale on proper suicides and he demonstrated it with vigor and pride – well done Tiny Tim
Mary: Plankbillies (Hillbilly in planking form) – 2 touches elbow to knee per-side = 1 rep – performed 10 reps per-side = 20 total; held plank 6 seconds to finish
