Dora-cides- suicides with burpees. Run 10 yards do 1 burpee, run 20 yards do 2 burpees, run 30 yards do 3 burpees. While running, your partner is completing the teams sets of 100 merks, 200 OHPs, 300 goblet squats, and 400 LBCs. Once team is finished mosey 1 lap. Finished off with 20 windshield wipers the hard way and rowed it to the end.
