A Punkin’ was placed in the center that contained Tricks and Treats
Tricks were various F3 exercises and Treats(Dad jokes -https://www.buzzfeed.com/mikespohr/29-dad-jokes-that-are-so-bad-their-actually-good ). Pax would call the count(min 20 or 10 for compound exercises) and Dad would deliver his jokes for a treats.

Webster – “I was at the Olive Garden with the family. The waitress asks me if I’d like a soup or salad with my meal. I said that a regular salad would be fine and I didn’t need it super.”
Chop – “A group of tomatoes is out for a run. The dad looks back at the kid in the back and shouts “ketchup”
