Warming up on the fly with a farmer in front indigenous people run.
Pax in front is farmer carrying while 7 in line Are rifle carrying. PAX in the back without a Cindy does 15 merks and runs to catch the farmer. Pax running takes over farmer carrying while everyone moves back 1 and the PAX in the back does his merks.
All the way to the football field
Tha Thang:
Once on the turf form a line on the goal line.
Name of the game is murder bunnies, a lot of them. PAX will murder bunny stopping every 5 yards to exercise X the reps for that line. From goal line to the 50 -or- from the 50 back to the goal line is 1 round.
Round 1- block merks- reps of 1
Pax will murder bunny to the 5 and do 1 block merk, murder bunny to the 10, 2 block merks, all the way to the 50 where you do 10 block merks.
Round 2- curls-reps of 2
Murder bunny from the 50 to the 45 and do 2 curls, at the 40 do 4, all the way to the goal line where you do 20
Round 3- OHP- reps of 3
5=3, 10=6…..50=30
Round 4-LBC-reps of 4
45=4, 40=8, GL=40
Still had time so we farmer in front indigenous people walked back to the hurt locker.
