• while holding downward dog and calf stretch, recite F3 principles in order when called upon by QIC. Failed most and performed one Merkin for each incorrect answer – to be revisited; cobra stretch to rest shoulders since we took forever, eventually finished with good mumble chatter/throat clearing/cheating assistance from fellow PAX. No man left behind.
Tha Thang:
Space limited due to Chili cookoff event being actively set up during workout. W.A.R. baby birds always good for some funny looks from bystanders; heavy rain overnight/early morning made for a fun soggy/muggy Skidaway morning – about 90% of the workouts we've had so far – no sweat…heavy sweat.
Event 1: Blockicides
• suicides course set up with tennis balls; partner up (2 groups of 2, one group of 3)
• PAX 1: perform suicides while carrying block, with slight variation. Run with Cindy to first line, leave her, run back to start. Run back to Cindy and scoop her up at first line, run her to second line; leave her, run back to start. Same to line 3; leave her and run back to start. Run back to line 3, pick up Cindy, run her home. This circuit was performed 3 rounds, alternating with partner / each PAX performed 3 times in a collective race
• PAX 2: remain behind starting line and perform AMRAP until partner returns from blockicides
– Round 1: low-plank to high-plank alternating up/downs
– Round 2: hand-release Merks
– Round 3: gas pumpers
Event 2: Tag Laps with Stations
• Four stations around running track with exercises performed at each station (12, 3, 6, 9 on a clock). PAX teams at station 2, 3, 4 began performing AMRAP exercise listed on @Flo-Charts (Home Depot yard bags). YHC went solo began 6pm/station 1 jogged Cindy to 3pm/station 2 (performed Station 1 exercise when returning from full lap). PAX team at Station 2 takes over custody of Cindy and jogs her counterclockwise to next station – passes off Cindy – begins first exercise listed until Cindy has made her way back to them, then jog to next station.
• Once YHC made it the full lap with Cindy, she was dropped off and round 2 exercises had begun. When station 1 was completed by YHC, PAX sprinted to the next station and tagged the awaiting team. Same as round one, completed a full lap of stations.
• Round 3 – same principles as Round 1 and Cindy was added back to the mix. PAX made it to next-to-last station before time called to circle up for Mary.

Station 2: Rd 1 Squats, Rd 2 Alternating Tin Man, Rd 3 Bonnie Blairs
Station 3: Rd 1 Carolina Dock Pushers, Rd 2 Nolan Ryans, Rd 3 American Hammers
Station 4: Rd 1 Bench Step Ups, Rd 2 Lunges, Rd 3 Bench Dips
Mary: 4-count canoe-jacks x10 IC, LBCs until time called. About 3 or so minutes of Mary total
