Mosey to the playground and stopped at the first light to begin our “7” themed workout for the 7th birthday of F3 Coastal Empire.
7 Hillbillies,
Mosey to PG and two teams of 5.
Team one 7 pull-ups, 7 knee raises, 7 low plank hip taps . Repeat x 3.
Once done chase down the other group doing Lt. Dan’s around the path (1 squat/ 4 lunges) up to 7!!!
We got in 3 rounds and headed to the bleachers for a lap, followed by planking.
Retired mosey to the street light for 7 hillbillies.
Mosey home.
