Draw 1 from the can of whoop ass (Cindy exercise) and draw 1 from the other 3 selections

Round 1
Partner work 1 does Cindy while other runs to checkpoint 2 and does other exercise. Switch when partner gets back. Each group of partners draw.
Round 2
All run to the checkpoints 1-4 do Cindy exercise at each. Draw 2 sticks from can 1 regular and 1 Cindy. Alternate Rifle carRy to each station with partner. Perform both exercises switching.
Round 3 finish strong.
Draw 4 cindy sticks
Do 1 exercise at the checkpoints (as a whole group) alternate between shoulder and rifle carry.
Return Cindy and head to the flag for Mary.
Did an extra lap of cardio legs arms and full body stick at the checkpoints to finish.
Put Cindy away.
