Performed 11s starting with Cindy Shoulder Press, 10m rifle carry then perform Cindy Rows followed by 10m walking lunges.

Graduated to 22s. Started with curls then farmers carry to Leg overs using Cindy (the hard way) followed by another 10m Cindy farmers carry.

400m jog with a jailbreak at the backstop.

IC flutter kicks until time ran out.
