Jog to the turf fields to meet up with those that didn't follow directions. Football drills: line em up to do karaoke, lunge twists, leg kicks, squat lunge.
WR Drills- running routes. Running back drills- hand offs and pitches. Lineman drills- up downs, shuffles and rolls.
Tha Thang:
Split up into 4 teams. Team 1 and 2, 3 and 4 played for first 15 minute quarter. Switch with 1 and 3, play second 15 minute quarter.
COT:
