20 SSH
10 Don Quixotes
10 Imperial Walker
10 Concrete picker

Tha Thang:
Wake up Cindy, start at first corner of parking lot carrying Cindy with stops at each corner:
First corner:
-15 Diamond PU
-50 OHP w/Cindy
Second corner:
-15 Diamond PU
-50 Cindy Curls
Third Corner:
-15 Diamond PU
-25 Standing Single Arm Row/side with Cindy Curls
Fourth Corner:
-15 Diamond PU
-25 Kbell swings with Cindy
Once all 4 corners done, formed up in 2 teams for team relay. First person sprinted 50 yds and back (down to first corner), while other partners held high plank. (No Cindy). Partner swap, until everyone finishes.
After complete, go through 4 corners again but add an an event for each one:
-50 gas pumpers
-50 LBCs
-50 heels to heaven
(Skipped 4th Corner second time though to do a side shuffle relay). @Trophy and @Low Tide schemes but couldn’t catch @BCG.
