– Mosey towards turf field, stopping at parking lot light along the way
– 20: 4 count SSH
– 20: single count, on the curb merkins
– 20: single count hillbilly squats

Tha Thang:
ROUND 1: Partner up. Frisbee “leap frog” to opposite end zone. Each team has 4 “downs” to make it to the 50 yard line, then 4 downs to make it to opposite end zone. By 4th down team has to throw frisbee into goal/ net. Dropping or missing the frisbee results in a loss of a down. Turn around and come back. Missing the goal is a ten burpee penalty. MARY action until all HIMs return to starting line.
– First down: 20 merkins
– Second down: 20 deep squats
– Third down: 20 LBCs
– Fourth down: 20 Dips
ROUND 2: repeat procedures. Missed goal penalty is running the bleachers. MARY action until all HIMs return to starting line
